DISCUSSION
Our process begins with scheduling a visit to our store, where you get the look and feel of our products and experience it. Virtual video calls are also organized at our client's convenience. Post reviewing your needs, understanding your budget and preferences like size, color, material, we take you through our wide range of e-catalogs and pictures from which you can choose to comprehend your taste.
PRODUCT SOURCING
We record your wishlist through the initial briefing, assess your space, & pick the right skilled craftsmen & manufacturers from our comprehensive list of suppliers around Asia to execute your order. Based on our clients’ convenience, we either travel together to the source countries. We have video calls for clients who cannot accompany us for shopping and help them rummage through warehouses finding that special item! We show you the products, get your feedback & approval to proceed with the design.
SELECTION/ DESIGN
Don't confine yourself! We offer a plethora of products, designs, materials, & countries to choose from. Based on your input, we submit a concept board for your project. We can customize existing designs, or we can create a totally new design. We work closely with you to recreate your vision.
ORDER FINALISATION & PRODUCTION
Order requests and deposits are taken to start production or hold items you have chosen from ready stock. We constantly keep our clients informed of the status of their orders through video calls & continuously follow up for quality and timely delivery. Once your order is ready, we email you the final photos of the finished goods before packing.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our quality control team visits suppliers and performs a full quality control inspection. They ensure product quality by providing the raw materials that meet specifications and checks on breakages or wearouts for supreme final products.
DELIVER
All manufacturing schedules for furniture and accessories are managed by us till the delivery date. We ensure to make your entire process experience smooth and efficient by following safety precautions while delivering your order. Our delivery team will do onsite coordination to accessorize and ensure that each element aligns with your design plan.
